Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded and Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts.
In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. In this case, you will be given the option to request a full refund.

Fridays: the park is open to the public from 9:00am - 4:00pm, then operates for Ladies Night from 5:00pm - 11:00pm / Saturdays : for Neon Nights from 10:00am - 9:00pm.
