    Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time.
    This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible.
    Coverage locations: Hotel within Kuala Lumpur city area only.
    Child seats are not available & This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible.
    What to Wear - Warm clothing (preferably thick clothing for warmth).
    All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver.
    Outside service areas: MYR 50 per person per way is required for pick up outside of Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Bukit Bintang area (outskirts hotel).
    For pickup outside of Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Bukit Bintang area (outskirts hotel), a surcharge is required (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash. Surcharge rate shall advice by Local Tour Operator via email.
    The driver will depart on time. Travellers who are late for pick up will be considered as "no-show".
