    Latecomers of at most 1 hour late will be allowed entry to the next available ferry trip to the same terminal, subject to seat availability and an administrative fee of SGD5 per ticket (payable directly to operator).

    Harbor Bay - Address: Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal, Level 1, Jalan Duyung, Batu Ampar Komplek Citywalk No. CW11, Batam, Indonesia.
