    For same day bookings, please book at least 5 hour(s) before your selected pick up time.
    Paging will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it.
    Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival.
    Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time.
    The driver will wait for up to 20 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time).
    If your driver is late, please contact number listed on your voucher if you cannot find the driver/experience any delays.

    All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver.
    Outside service hours: IDR IDR50,000 (car) and IDR100,000 (van) per hour.
    Outside service areas: IDR 250,000 per vehicle/area (Karangasem, Buleleng, Negara, Klungkung, Bangli).
    Night Service (pick up or drop off between 00:00-06:00): IDR250,000.
    Luggage Information - Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces.
    Each additional suitcase will take up an extra seat in the vehicle.
    Booking Requirements -Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
    You must enter your planned itinerary at checkout.
    Please note: The address and name of your accommodation (e.g. hotel or villa) must be stated clearly at checkout. No refund will be issued for delays or failure in pick-up due to incomplete information.
    Wheelchairs can only be accommodated in larger vehicles ( please advise us once booking done).
    Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
    This activity is not wheelchair-accessible.
    Children must be accompanied by an adult.
    The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
    Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
    Littering & smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
    Arrival & Departure time between 2300 Hrs to 0600 Hrs 50% surcharge will be apply. Additional chargers need to pay direct to Driver upon arrival/departure.
    For airport drop off: Check out and meet driver at hotel lobby for transfer to Airport.
    Notes: max waiting time for pickup is 15 Minutes. There is no detour to other area addition pick up point. If happened may include additional charges. Please call us on your own should you face any challenges.
    A moderate amount of walking is involved.
    You are required to bring and wear a mask.
    You will receive a mandatory temperature check.
    The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

    Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hour(s) before the selected activity date.
