Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time.

This is a shared transfer.

Pick up time Approximately 07:00 am - 08:30 am.

All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver.

Round trip transfers are limited to the following areas in Phuket: Phuket Town, Chalong Bay, Kata-Karon, Tri Trang Beach, Patong Beach, and Rawai Beach.

Other areas will incur an additional charge for private van transfers (maximum of 12 passengers), to be paid directly to the operator.

Please note: If you opt for transfers, please reply to the operator’s email before 7:00 pm a day before the scheduled departure. Otherwise, you will not be picked up, and you will need to proceed to the meet up location on your own.

Outside service areas: - THB 700-1,000 per private van in Nai Thorn, Nai Yang, and Nai Harn at 7:45.

THB 1,400 per private van or 1,200 per private car for 1-3 people in Cape Panwa and Mai Khao at 7:45.

Confirmation will be received at time of booking.

Children aged 1-3 can join this activity free of charge.

This activity is not suitable for children aged 0-11 months, pregnant women, or people suffering from any medical or physical disabilities.

No child seats available.

Showers and changing rooms are available at the pier (usage is free).

Vegetarian and halal food is available upon request. Please indicate your special dietary requirements at checkout.

The menu is subject to change depending on the season and availability of ingredients.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hour(s) before the selected activity date.

No refunds will be issued in the case of COVID-19. That tour may cancel, but the customer is allowed to reschedule or change activity route until 31 December 2023 (open date).
