  • Day 01 - Airport - Negombo
    Arrive by flight and you will be transferred to the arrival terminal. Please clear immigration & visa formalities, collect your baggage and proceed to the arrival lounge through the green channel if you do not have goods to be declared to customs. You will meet one of the Representatives of Apple Vacations will assist you as he will be having a paging board with your name in the meeting area, and he will introduce you to your own English speaking chauffeur guide who will transfer you to the hotel in Negombo. (Pick up at airport or Colombo City)

  • Day 02 - Dambulla - Sigiriya
    After the Breakfast at the hotel and visit to Dambulla cave temple,

    The Rock Temple of Dambulla, called Jumbukola Vihara (Dambulla Cave Temple) in the (Mahavamsa)-the principal Pali Chronicle of Sri Lanka, is situated about forty seven miles north west of Kandy, the last capital of the Sinhalese kings, on the main road to Anuradhupura. Dambulla is a scent of unique interest. Its rock temples are the most extensive in the Island, and one of the most ancient, and in the highest state of preservation and order.

  • Day 03 - Dambulla - Polonnaruwa - Minneriya National Park
    After the Breakfast at the hotel & Tour head on to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa.

    Gal Vihara (Sinhala: stone temple), Buddhist Temple at (UNESCO World Heritage Site) at Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka is the most perfect specimen of Buddha statue hewn out of solid stone. Crafted during the reign of King Parakrabahu (1153-1186 A.C), Gal Vihara statues are still in complete preservation with their irresistible charm and sublimity. It is undeniable that the sculptors of Gal Vihara were of greater skill and expertise in the art of stone sculpture in Sri Lanka. The images at Gal Vihara have brought about higher level of awakening in the observers with respect of Buddhist art in Sri Lanka.

    Royal Palace - This group of buildings dates from the period of King Parakramabahu I (1153 – 1186). The King`s Royal Palace is a massive structure, measuring 31 m by 13 m, once including 50 rooms supported by 30 columns. Even today it is quite an impressive building, but picture it being seven floors tall with 3 m thick walls, as the archaeologist’s claim it once was!

    Lankatilaka - One of the most evocative structures in Polonnaruwa, the Lankatilaka temple was built by Parakramabahu I and later restored by Vijayabahu IV. This massive gedige (stone Buddhist temple with corbelled roof and thick walls) has 17m-high walls, although the roof has collapsed. 

    Afterwards enjoy a 4 X 4 jeep safari at the Minneriya National Park. (04hrs)

    Safari at Minneriya National Park is one of best spot to capture wiled-animals in Sri Lanka. It is home to 200+ elephants, monkeys, crocodiles and even a handful of leopards. The park has opened in 2002, is surrounded by grasslands and can be visited year-round to see elephants and other great wildlife. See why this is the best national park in Sri Lanka. Explore the largest known meeting place of Asian Elephants in the world. During this period herds, up to 300 elephants are seen at the 8,890-hectare park within a few square kilometers of the Minneriya Reservoir. In August and September each year during the dry season, wild elephants from the surrounding wilderness in search of food and water, make their way to the shores of the Minneriya Reservoir adjoining the Minneriya National Park.   • Day 04 - Dambulla - Habarana - Dambulla
    After the breakfast at the hotel & free and relax yourself in the morning time

    Afternoon transfer to Habarana & enjoy a local village tour

    Habarana Village Tour - villages in Sri Lanka remains largely unchanged. You can feel how people live simply in harmony with the environment, responding to the seasons as they unfold. Specially you can visit traditional village and observe villagers day to day life pattern, domestic activities, and cultural framework. This tourist village tour includes the track winds its way on a flat terrain through the village past patches of jungle , Chena cultivations, Bull cart ride, catamaran boat ride in the village lake, visit a traditional mud house and you can have Srilankan Lunch (Rice and curry) by simple and very friendly village folk going about their daily routine.

    Loris Night Trail - The private biosphere of our property shares a habitat with the elusive Grey Slender Loris, a nocturnal primate hidden in the scrublands beyond your dwelling. Known for its protruding eyes and nimble limbs, the loris scavenges for insects and berries above the trees on a moonlit trail that has been carefully designed for you to observe the rare creature in its natural habitat. Accompanied by our resident naturalist, a quiet evening walk takes you through the streams and bamboo bridges of our lush forest eco-system to the Loris Information Centre and Conservation Site. Equipped with harmless red light emitting headlamps that reflect off the characteristic eyes of our resident loris population, your silent search may even be prized with a close-up encounter of this fleeting species.

  • Day 05 - Dambulla - Sigiriya - Matale - Kandy
    After the Breakfast at the hotel & Trip begin to Sigiriya Rock Fortress

    Thereafter visit Millennium Elephant Foundation, Kegalle Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is a wild Asian elephant orphanage, nursery, and captive breeding facility. Pinnawala is home to the world's biggest herd of elephants kept as pets.

    The Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya are Sri Lanka's oldest formal gardens. It's about 5 kilometres west of Kandy, in Sri Lanka's Central Province, at 460 meters above sea level. Peradeniya's majestic Avenue of Royal Palms is Sri Lanka's largest garden, covering 147 acres (60 hectares) and requiring plenty of time to stroll.   • Day 07 - Kandy - Bentota
    After the Breakfast at the hotel & Journey head on to Kandy temple of tooth relic

    The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic – a tooth of the Buddha. During puja (offerings or prayers), the heavily guarded room housing the tooth is open to devotees and tourists. However, you don’t actually see the tooth. It’s kept in a gold casket shaped like a dagoba (stupa), which contains a series of six dagoba caskets of diminishing size. As well as the revered main temple, the complex includes a series of smaller temples, shrines and museums.

    There after leave for Kandy & then Visit to Bentota city, If you are looking to spend your holidays and give yourself a calm and natural treat, with no bars and restaurants, this is the most refreshing and relaxing site. The Bentota Beach which extends across 7-8 kilometers is truly a symbol of peace, calmness and cleanness. One of its strongest points is its quiet surroundings which, according to many people, run the natural and relaxing environment of the beach. There is plenty of space of everyone to settle in perfectly and enjoy the sun bath to the fullest.

    The Bentota bazaar is a government approved shopping area where you can pick up souvenir items, wooden carvings, batik and brassware. In addition, there is also a Tourist Board Office, Tourist Police station, Post Office and a Bank of Ceylon. Arrive to Bentota hotel & check in the hotel
