Itinerary

Introduction
DAY 01 | COLOMBO > ANURADHAPURA

You will be picked up from your hotel in Colombo at around 07:30 AM and head towards Anuradhapura. Upon arrival, you'll explore the ancient city of Anuradhapura for three hours, immersing yourself in its rich history. Afterward, enjoy a 45-minute lunch at a local restaurant. The tour continues with a visit to Mihintale for one hour, followed by a stop at Isurumuniya Temple, where you'll spend an additional hour. Following the day's activities, you'll drop to Anuradhapura for an overnight stay at your hotel, concluding a day filled with cultural and historical experiences.

DAY 02 | ANURADHAPURA > POLANARUWA > HABARANA

after the breakfast at hotel, your pickup around 8:30 AM. You'll then travel to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, where you'll spend approximately three hours exploring its historic ruins and fascinating architecture. Following your visit, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, consider visiting Minneriya National Park, known for its spectacular wildlife and scenic landscapes. You'll have about three hours to explore the park and experience its natural beauty, including the famous elephant gatherings if you're lucky. This itinerary offers a perfect blend of cultural exploration and wildlife adventure, ensuring a memorable day.

DAY 03 | HABARANA > SIGIRIYA

After the delecious breakfast at hotel, We'll pick you up at 8:00 AM and head towards Sigiriya Lion Rock. After arriving, you'll embark on a climb up Sigiriya Rock, which takes about two hours. For those interested in additional adventure, we suggest climbing Pidurangala Rock, which will take approximately 1.5 hours and offers stunning views. If you have more time and want to experience local culture, you can also opt for a village tour, which lasts around 2.5 hours. This combination of activities provides a rich blend of history, breathtaking views, and cultural immersion, making for a memorable day of exploration.

DAY 04 | HABARANA > DAMBULLA

The tour begins with a 9:00 AM pickup, followed by a visit to the Dambulla Cave Temple, where you’ll spend approximately one hour exploring this stunning historical site. Next, enjoy a brief 10-minute photo stop at the Dambulla Economic Center. Following this, head to the Ibbankatuwa Megalithic Tombs for a one-hour visit, offering insight into ancient burial practices. After the day’s explorations, you'll be dropped back in Habarana, concluding your enriching journey through Sri Lanka’s cultural and archaeological landmarks.
